Kolashinski is new local Edina Realty sales manager
Kim Kolashinski has been named the new sales manager of Edina Realty’s Hudson and River Falls sales offices. Kolashinski takes over duties from Brent Wernlund, who retired after 23 years with Edina Realty.
Kim Kolashinski has been named the new sales manager of Edina Realty’s Hudson and River Falls sales offices.
The Hudson office is located at 400 So. Second Street. The agency serves Hudson, River Falls, Prescott, Roberts, New Richmond, Glenwood City, Baldwin/Woodville, Spring Valley, Menomonie, Somerset, Troy, St. Joseph, Hammond and Warren. The agents also work with clients in eastern Minnesota, including Afton, Bayport, Lakeland, Oakdale, St. Croix Beach, St. Mary’s Point, Stillwater and Woodbury.
Kolashinski takes over duties from Brent Wernlund, who retired after 23 years with Edina Realty. Kolashinski has been with Edina Realty for over 17 years. Licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, she has worked in all aspects of the market — condos and townhomes, short sales and foreclosures, rural properties, waterfront, upper-bracket homes and new construction.

Kolashinski is currently president-elect of the Western Wisconsin Realtors Association (WWRA). She was WWRA president from 1993 to 1994 and served as a WWRA state director. She was also a director of the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors.
She was named Realtor of the Year in 1999 by the Western Wisconsin Board of Realtors, and was chairperson of the Professional Standards Committee for four years.
