The Wisconsin football team finished at number-16 in both the A-P media poll and the U-S-A Today coaches’ poll. Both surveys were updated after last night’s national championship game won by Alabama.

The Wisconsin football team finished at number-16 in both the A-P media poll and the U-S-A Today coaches’ poll. Both surveys were updated after last night’s national championship game won by Alabama.
The Badgers moved up eight places from the last A-P poll. And they rose six spots in the coaches’ poll. That’s after Wisconsin beat Miami 20-to-14 in the Champs Sports Bowl a week-and-a-half ago.
The Badgers finished at 10-and-3. Miami, at 9-and-4, dropped to 19th in both polls.
