CITY OF HUDSON: NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

2009 SPRING AND FALL BAGGED LEAF COLLECTION

The City of Hudson is requesting proposals from an experienced licensed hauler for the collection of bagged leaves at a designated site located in the City of Hudson.

The request for proposal, specifications, and proposal forms can be obtained from the City of Hudson Public Works Office, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin, 54016. Any questions or concerns can be directed to the office at 715-386-4767.

All proposals shall be sealed and marked “2009 SPRING & FALL LEAF COLLECTION” and must be returned to the City of Hudson, City Clerk, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin, 54016, no later than 9:00 a.m. on April 10, 2009. A bond of $1,000 or certified check shall accompany the proposal. Any proposals received after that time will not be considered and will be returned unopened.

The City of Hudson reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive irregularities.
