The USDA says Wisconsin farm real estate is worth an average of $3,750 an acre, which includes land and buildings.
It ties the state with Michigan for the 18th-highest value in the country.
And it’s much higher than the national average of $2,100 an acre.
Also, the government says Wisconsin cropland averages $3,650 an acre.
That’s just more than 1 percent more than a year ago.
