Therese Ziemann, 48, of Menasha will resume her initial appearance on felony counts of false imprisonment and fourth-degree sexual assault.
Wendy Sewell, 44, of Kaukauna will continue her initial appearance on her false imprisonment charge. T
he other two women, including the man’s wife, are due back in court next month. Authorities said they tied up Donnell Davis Sr., 37, of Fond du Lac at a motel in Stockbridge in late July.
And Ziemann then reportedly used Krazy Glue to attach the man’s sex organ to his stomach. Prosecutors said Davis was romantically involved with the three defendants outside his marriage.
The case has received national publicity. After the women were charged, Davis was charged with several unrelated crimes.
