By virtue of a judgment of foreclosure made in the above-entitled action on October 11, 2012, I will sell at public auction in the main entrance of the Pierce County Courthouse, located at 414 West Main Street, Ellsworth, WI 54011, on April 16, 2013 at 9:00 a.m., all of the following described premises, to wit:
Parcel 1: A parcel of land located in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW 1/4 of NE 1/4) of Section Two (2), Township Twenty-seven (27) North, Range Nineteen (19) West, Town of River Falls, Pierce County, Wisconsin, further described as follows: From the Northeast corner of said Section 2, go N89º39'W along the North line of said Section 2, a distance of 1327.6 feet to the point of beginning for the parcel to be described herein; thence S 00º21'W a distance of 175.00 feet; thence N89º39'W parallel with the North line of said Section 2 a distance of 200.00 feet; thence N00º21'E a distance of 175.0 feet to the North line of said Section 2; thence S89º39'E along said North line a distance of 200.0 feet to the point of beginning. AND Parcel 2: A parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 2, Township 27 North, Range 19 West, Town of River Falls, Pierce County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: Commencing at the N 1/4 corner of said Section 2; thence S89º39'00"E along the North line of the NE 1/4 a distance of 1099.66 feet; thence S00º21'00"W 175.00 feet to the Southwest corner of the parcel described in Volume 261, page 724, as Document No. 339096, said point also being the POINT OF BEGINNING: Thence S89º39'00"E along the South line of said parcel 200.00 feet; thence S00º21'00"W 80.00 feet; thence N89º39'00"W 200.00 feet; thence N00º21'00" E 80.00 feet to the point of beginning.
