AND Parcel 2: A parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 2, Township 27 North, Range 19 West, Town of River Falls, Pierce County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: Commencing at the N 1/4 corner of said Section 2; thence S89º39'00"E along the North line of the NE 1/4 a distance of 1099.66 feet; thence S00º21'00"W 175.00 feet to the Southwest corner of the parcel described in Volume 261, page 724, as Document No. 339096, said point also being the POINT OF BEGINNING: Thence S89º39'00"E along the South line of said parcel 200.00 feet; thence S00º21'00"W 80.00 feet; thence N89º39'00"W 200.00 feet; thence N00º21'00" E 80.00 feet to the point of beginning.
