PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of River Falls, by action of the Common Council taken on February 26, 2013 did adjust the 2013 budget as follows:

Water Fund

Revenues Fund Reserves+$127,000

Expenses Construction+$127,000

Sanitary Sewer Fund

Revenues Fund Reserves+ 101,000

Expenses Construction+ 101,000

Streets-General Fund

Revenues Fund Reserves+ 50,000

Expenditures Mill/Overlay - 50,000

Expenditures Street Construction + 100,000

Storm Water Fund

Revenues Fund Reserves+ 57,000

Expenses Construction+ 57,000

The above budget adjustment pertains to utility and street reconstruction on Ninth Street between Hazel and Pine Streets.

This notice is given in compliance with Section 65.90 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
