She has served in the human resource department throughout her time at First National and has been instrumental in the success of the wellness program, benefit package, and recruitment initiatives through employee and community outreach efforts.

She has served in the human resource department throughout her time at First National and has been instrumental in the success of the wellness program, benefit package, and recruitment initiatives through employee and community outreach efforts.

Kaydi graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2008 from UW-River Falls with a degree in business administration-management. She is currently a member of both the local and national chapters of the Society for Resource Management and previously served on the Polk County Fair board of directors.
