6:30 P.M.–Plan Commission Agenda: Minutes; Comments & requests; Zoning report; Frac Sand Mining Ordinance; Discuss possible rezone for Jason Hoernke four-plex on a non-conforming parcel in R-1 of ETZ; Comprehensive review of Chpts. 1-14 of town code; Work on Chpt. 14 of code book review.
