Craving pancakes? Here's where to get your fill and support good causes
Those craving pancakes should have no trouble finding them... both Rush River Lutheran Church and St. Bridget's are sponsoring fundraisers with pancakes as the star ingredient.
Rush River Lutheran Church is sponsoring a breakfast to benefit its youth mission trip at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 10, following the worship service.
All are invited to join them for some delicious pancakes, sausages and fellowship.
The mission trip will be in June to South Dakota. For more information call 715-684-3701.
On Thursday, Feb. 14, St. Bridget Catholic Church, at 211 E. Division St., will host a pancake supper to benefit River Falls area homeless.
Serving will be from 4-7 p.m. in the church dining hall. Menu includes homemade pancakes, eggs, ham, fresh fruit, coffee and milk. Free will donation.
