Certified Survey Map for Tri-Land LLC. (Bernice Larson

Trustee). Located in the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of the

NW ¼ of Section 34.

b. Discussion for Plan Commission recommendation on

opting out of County Zoning, action may follow.

c. District meeting in Eau Claire, Sat., Feb 16, or Sat.,

March 16 in Cumberland, discussion and action.

d. Animal Control, looking at possibly hiring an outside

contractor to handle animal control issues, discussion

and action.

VIII. Old Business

a. Liquor license, ordinance and procedures, discussion

and action.

b. Road Committee update, 2013 Road projects

discussion and action.

c. Raymond Road possible adoption, discussion and

action.
