Call to order; manner of public notification of meeting; hearing of visitors or delegations; schedule the next personnel committee meeting; approve revised Teacher job description; approve Director of Buildings and Grounds position; approve Director of Buildings and Grounds job description; request for anticipated executive session pursuant to Wisconsin statute section 19.85(1) (c) (roll call vote required) for the purpose of approving continuing letters to administrators; convene into executive session (approx. 7:45 p.m.); reconvene into open session and affirm action taken in executive session; determine items for Board action; adjourn. A quorum of the Board may be present.
