CITY OF RIVER FALLS RESIDENTS
PAYMENT OF REAL ESTATE AND
PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES
The first installment of real estate and personal property taxes will be collected by Pierce and St. Croix County Treasurers. The first installment is due by JANUARY 31, 2013. Receipts will be mailed if a self -addressed, stamped envelope is included for tax payments by mail. Questions or concerns regarding your real estate and personal property taxes should be made to the City of River Falls at 715-425-0900. Dog licenses will continue to be issued by the City of River Falls.
ST. CROIX COUNTY PROPERTIES:
IN PERSON – St. Croix County Treasurer’s Office, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Phone 715-386-4645, or use the night deposit on the outside of the building.
U.S. MAIL – St. Croix County Treasurer, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, WI 54016, must be postmarked on or before January 31, 2013.

PIERCE COUNTY PROPERTIES:
IN PERSON – Pierce County Treasurer’s Office, 414 W. Main Street, Ellsworth. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Phone 715-273-6743. For your convenience, drive in the rear parking lot from Kinne Street, and straight ahead will be a drop box, located in the hall.
