Girl Scouts donate books, promote literacy
Members of Girl Scout Troop 51109 recently held a four week long community book drive, “Put a Book in Every Home,” to help Turningpoint and Second Chances to fight illiteracy and promote reading.

Members of Girl Scout Troop 51109 recently held a four week long community book drive, “Put a Book in Every Home,” to help Turningpoint and Second Chances to fight illiteracy and promote reading. On Dec. 8, they delivered over 2,000 book to Turningpoint and Second Chances.
