The River Falls Town Board will meet on Monday, December 17, 2012 at 7:45 P.M. at the River Falls Town Hall, W9015 770th Ave.

AGENDA: Recognition of Town Committee Members; Minutes; Financial report; Board/staff communications; Public comments & requests; Planning Commission recommendations (see agenda below); Renewal of Salvage Yard License for Ray Reiter in S21/T27N/R18W; Solid Waste/Recycler Hauler’s Licenses; Conditional use application for Bob Bliss to operate a commercial radio tower in S19/T27N/R18W; Approval of Resolution #2012-G, A Resolution to Amend Town Fee Schedule for fire and accident call reimbursement; Report on town collections process; Report on parks activities; Future agenda items; Audit & pay bills. Action may take place on any of the above agenda items.

9:30 P.M. – The River Falls Town Board will go into closed session under Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c) to consider employment data of a public employee.

6:30 P.M.–Plan Commission Agenda: Minutes; Comments & requests; Zoning report; CSM for Mary Qualls, N7696 780th St.; Frac Sand Mining Ordinance; Comprehensive review of Chpts. 1-14 of town code; Work on Chpt. 14 of code book review.
