River Falls Area Hospital announces the launch of a new volunteer program at the hospital.

Volunteering is an excellent way to gain experience, learn new skills, meet friends and discover hidden talents. “Many volunteers find giving of their time to be one of the most fulfilling activities they do,” stated Kristen Novak, human resources and volunteer director at the River Falls Area Hospital.

“Through volunteering, individuals will connect with both patients and staff and be an important part of the hospital community.”

Initially, volunteers are needed to be greeters -- welcoming patients and visitors while providing guidance throughout the facility. Additional volunteering roles will be created as the program grows.
