People can log in and begin asking questions about 10 minutes before the chat session begins. Cougars are one of several subjects the DNR has addressed with its every-other-Wednesday online chats.
Other such events have included hunting-related topics, frac-sand mining, whooping cranes, fall fishing, birding and warden recruitment. The chat features a different topic each time.
Both upcoming and past events are listed at the “ask the experts” part of the DNR’s web site.
