An Ordinance to Extend the Moratorium on Expansion of Existing and Creation of New Nonmetallic Mining

Operations within the Town of River Falls

WHEREAS, the Town of River Falls has not completed its study concerning the possible impacts of nonmetallic mining operations and processing plants relating to nonmetallic mining, nor has it completed a draft of an appropriate licensing or other Ordinance;

NOW THEREFORE, the Town Board of the Town of River Falls does hereby extend the Moratorium imposed by Ordinance #2012-1 for an additional six (6) months from December 3, 2012. The Moratorium shall expire on June 3, 2013.

Passed and adopted on November 19, 2012.
