AGENDA: Minutes; Financial report; Board/staff communications; Public comments & requests; Planning Commission recommendations (see agenda below); Approval of Fencing Agreements in S24 & S25/ T27N/R18W; Approval of Ordinance #2012-7; Renewal of Salvage Yard License for Ray Reiter in S21/T27N/R18W; Road Work on 805th St.; Approval of Resolution #2012-F, A Resolution in Support of a Constitutional Amendment for Fair Share for Local Roads; Report on parks activities; Employee Christmas Gifts; Set Date for 2013 caucus; Future agenda items; Audit & pay bills. Action may take place on any of the above agenda items.

8:30P.M. – Public hearing on proposed Ordinance #2012-7; An Ordinance Allowing UTV Travel on Established ATV Routes in the Town For River Falls. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available from Ruth Stern, River Falls Town Clerk at 715-425-7373.
