TOWN BOARD MEETING

A regular meeting of the Town Board of Kinnickinnic will meet Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 7:00 pm at the town hall, 1271 County Road J, River Falls, WI.

VII. New Business

a. Joe Cegielski, pay raise for poll workers, discussion

and action.

b. Mark Rasmussen, River City Disposal, proposal for

free drop site recycling with the town of Kinnickinnic,

discussion and action.

c. Major Subdivision for the creation of one outlot by CSM

on property currently owned by Jeffery Christensen.

Located in part of the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of the SE ¼ of

Section 15. The outlot is intended to be sold to the Wis.

DNR, discussion and action.

d. If the CSM above gets a favorable recommendation,

discussion and action on allowing parking for walk-in

fishermen on town property.

e. Daniel Bauer, 1 lot CSM accessed by existing

easement. Located in the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 29.

Discussion and action.

VIII. Old Business

a. Liquor Licensing, sample ordinance from Bob Loberg,

discussion and action.

b. 2013 and future Road budgets discussion and action.

c. Raymond Road possible adoption discussion and action.
