With temperatures in the mid-twenties and gusty winds the annual River Dazzle celebration on Friday, Nov. 23 in downtown River Falls was a chilly one, but that did not keep people from welcoming in the holiday season.

A visit with Santa and his reindeer was a huge hit with the little ones, while the older folks enjoyed 26 different chilies, during the Chili Crawl.

The event was topped day off with a lighted parade down Main Street in the evening.
