REGARDING THE TOWN OF KINNICKINNIC.

VI. OLD BUSINESS

a. Minor Subdivision for the Creation of one Outlot by

CSM on property currently owned by Jeffery Christensen.

Located in part of the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ and the SW ¼ of

the SE ¼ of Section 15. The Outlot is intended to be sold

to the Wisconsin DNR.

b. If the CSM above gets a favorable recommendation,

discussion and action on allowing parking for walk-in

fishermen on town property.

c. Daniel Bauer, 1 lot CSM accessed by existing

easement. Located in the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section

29. Discussion and action.

d. DRAFT Subdivision Ordinance continue review.

e. Boundary Agreement with the City of River Falls,

discussion and action.

f. Moratorium Nonmetallic Mining Operations and

subsequent Ordinance, discussion and action.

g. Review Implementation Schedule of Comprehensive

Plan, discussion and action.
