Town Board to meet November 13

The monthly town board meeting for the Town of Pleasant Valley will be held on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 immediately following the Special Town Meeting scheduled to begin at 7:30pm at the town hall.

Agenda:

Call meeting to order, Pledge of Allegiance, agenda approval, clerk’s minutes from prior month, financial report, building permits, discussion and possible action of a land rezonement request from Joe and Jean Koury, discussion and possible action for the 2013 RF Ambulance Contract, discussion and approval for the 2013 Pleasant Valley’s Annual Town Budget which includes the 2013 Highway Expenditures and the 2012 Town Tax Levy to be collected in 2013, new and old business, chairman’s report, approve and pay monthly bills; open forum/other items to be brought before the town board (no action necessarily taken), then adjournment.
