Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing on the proposed 2013 Budget of Town of Pleasant Valley will be held at the town hall on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 7:30PM. The proposed budget is available for inspection upon request from the Clerk or Treasurer.

Notice is further given that on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2013 Budget, a Special Town Meeting of the Electors called pursuant to Section 60.12 (1)(C) of Wisconsin Statutes by the Town Board will be held:

1.To approve the total highway expenditures for 2013 pursuant to Sec. 81.01 (3) of Wis. Statutes

2. To adopt the 2012 Town Tax Levy to be paid in 2013 pursuant to Sec. 60.10 (12) (a) of Wis. Statutes.

Following the Public Budget Hearing & Special Town Meeting of the Electors, the November Town Board meeting will be held.
