Many people -- including lots of children – typically come dressed in their best costumes, showing them off in a Halloween parade at 1:30 p.m. The River Falls Color Guard performs at 12:15 p.m. Local business AKF performs a martial-arts demonstration at 12:45 p.m. “Ms. Jennifer’s” dancers perform at 2:15 p.m., and visitors will see a gymnastics demonstration at 3 p.m.
The day will include many family friendly activities, and people can recycle household electronics that day at the Wildcat Centre across from the high school.
