Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 12, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. at the River Falls Town Hall (W9015 770th Ave), a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED BUDGET will be held.
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 12, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. at the River Falls Town Hall (W9015 770th Ave) , a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED BUDGET will be held.
A detailed budget is available from Ruth Stern, Town Clerk at 715-425-7373. The following is a summary of the proposed budget (see attached PDF file):
Immediately following completion of the public hearing on the proposed budget a SPECIAL TOWN MEETING of the electors, called pursuant to Section 60.12 (1) (c ) of State Statutes will be called.
The purpose of the meeting will be to approve total highway expenditures for 2013 pursuant to Section 82.03 of Wisconsin Statutes and to approve the 2012 town tax levy to be collected in 2013 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of State Statutes.
