NOTICE

FAIR HOUSING ORDINANCE

The public is reminded that the City of River Falls maintains Ordinance 15.16.130, Equal Rights of All Persons to Fair and Open Housing. City officials and employees will assist in orderly prevention and removal of all discrimination in housing within the City by implementing the Authority and Enforcement Procedure set forth in 106.50 Wisconsin Statutes. The City will recognize local ordinances and Master Plan with issues related to discrimination. Prevention of discrimination in housing regardless of sex, race, color, handicap, religion, national origin, or marital status of the person maintaining a household, lawful source of income, age or ancestry; and also to prevent low income and large family discrimination.
