PLAN COMMISSION — will meet at 7:00 pm on Thursday, November 1, 2012 at the Town Hall.

AGENDA:

1. Approve Minutes;

2. Riverway review/public hearing to rebuild a dry boathouse

– Brian & Lucia Bell, 314 N Cove Rd.;

3. Discuss and consider actions to be taken on complaint at

St. Croix Yacht Club;

4. Concept review to construct a permanent hockey rink –

Clifford Westwood, 505 Cody Rd;

5. Building Permits/Utility Permits;

6. Review steps in implementing Troy CZO;

7. Committee Reports & correspondence;

8. Adjourn.

Site Visit will be held October 27, 2012. Meet at Town Hall at 8:30 a.m., and proceed to sites by appointment.

Action may be taken on any agenda item. Supervisors may attend for purpose of gathering information.
