REGARDING THE TOWN OF KINNICKINNIC.

VI. NEW BUSINESS

a. Glen and Tera Wachtler, One lot and one outlot CSM in the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 35. Discussion and action.

b. Fraq Mining item turned over to Plan Commission, from Town Board to explore possibilities of a moratorium, and an ordinance for regulations of operations within our town if deemed necessary. Discussion and action.

c. Boundary Area Agreement, discussion only

VII. OLD BUSINESS

a. Scott and Julie Andrezejczak, Special Exception permit for Limited commercial recreational use. Located in part of the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ and the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 9 and part of the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 8. Property address: 1105 Coulee Trail. Discussion and action on proposal to have maintain and operate a winery on site. Plans include modification of existing building(s) to accommodate winery and area for educational tours, wine tasting and sales of bottles of wine (not consumed on site). Also, plans include creation of parking area for winery.

b. Review of Draft Subdivision Ordinance, discussion and action
