PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the City of River Falls, Wisconsin is applying to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for a grant in the amount of $30,672.00 under Section 5311 of the Federal Transit Act as amended.

PROGRAM OF PROJECTS

Project Description:

Purchase of (1) ADA equipped Mini-Van Vehicle

Project Type Capital

TOTAL PROGRAMMED: $38,340.00

TOTAL FUNDS REQUESTED: $38,340.00

Copies of the detailed program of projects are available for public inspection at city offices. Upon written request from persons or organizations received prior to October 26, 2012 the City of River Falls will give notice and hold a public hearing on this application. Notice is further given that the proposed Program of Projects as shown above will be the final program of projects if no changes are required.
