River Falls general manager of utilities receives award for service
River Falls Municipal Utilities General Manager Carl Gaulke was recently recognized by WPPI Energy’s Board of Directors for his service on the board’s Executive Committee (EC).

River Falls Municipal Utilities General Manager Carl Gaulke was recently recognized by WPPI Energy’s Board of Directors for his service on the board’s Executive Committee (EC).
Gaulke serves as River Falls’ representative on the WPPI Energy board, which elects an 11-person EC to oversee the nonprofit power supplier’s operations and programs.
Gaulke began serving on the EC in 2002, a role from which he recently stepped down in light of his upcoming retirement in December. During its annual meeting in Green Lake on Sept. 14, the WPPI Energy board presented Gaulke with an award of recognition for his service on the EC.
