Forty years ago, Sandra, my wife at the time, and I, purchased a lot on South Main Street, River Falls, with the intent of building a dental office building on it.
We proceeded to obtain construction drawings, a very qualified builder, and with our excellent credit ratings, financial backing to construct the building. And that we did.
Hal-Lay-Lou-Yah. I find out now that the building that we constructed: We didn’t! This comes as a real shocker.
Another dentist in River Falls built it.
