1. Approve Minutes;

2. CSM and first addendum to conservation easement - Bob

& Kim Boddy, 324 Ilwaco Rd.;

3. Riverway review/public hearing for a variance to re-

construct a fire pit patio and connecting walk-way in a non-

conforming area– Ron & Sue Beran, 177A Glenmont Rd.;

4. Riverway review/public hearing to remove & rebuild stair-

way and boathouse – Brian & Lucia Bell, 314 N Cove Rd.;

5. Building Permits/Utility Permits;

6. Committee Reports & correspondence;

7. Adjourn.

No September site review.

Action may be taken on any agenda item. Supervisors may attend for purpose of gathering information.
