AGENDA: Minutes; Financial report; Board/staff communications; Public comments & requests; Planning Commission recommendations (see agenda below); 2013 Recycling Center grant; Painting of road lines; Tree cutting along 986th St.; Request from Baldwin Telecom to install utilities along 770th Ave. and 902nd St.; Mosquito abatement plan at W9880 710th Ave.; Bridge report; PACE report; Revaluation contract; Personal property tax collections; Report on parks activities; Town hall sign; Future agenda items; Audit & pay bills. Action may take place on any of the above agenda items.

9:30 P.M. – The River Falls Town Board will go into closed session under Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c) to evaluate employee performance.

6:30 P.M.–Plan Commission Agenda: Minutes; Comments & requests; Zoning report; Review Doomage/Personal Property Report; Frac Sand Mining Ordinance; Comprehensive review of Chpts. 1-14 of town code; Work on Chpt. 14 of code book review.
