a. Scott Andrezejczak, discussion of winery, wine tasting, education and sales site located in part of the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ and the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 9 and part of NE ¼ of the SE ¼ and the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 8 of the town of Kinnickinnic.

b. Daniel Bauer, 947 Quarry Road, River Falls, WI 54022- Discussion of proposed 2 acre lot without public road frontage to be located in the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 29. Discussion only, no action will be taken at this time.

c. Presentation by the Land Use Committee of Draft Subdivision Ordinance, discussion and action.
