NRA-U coming to UWRF
The NRA University will be coming to the campus of UW-River Falls to address the myths of gun control and educate students on Supreme Court cases surrounding the Second Amendment.
The NRA University will be coming to the campus of UW-River Falls to address the myths of gun control and educate students on Supreme Court cases surrounding the Second Amendment.
An NRA staff member will speak on Wednesday, Sept. 12 at the UWRF campus at the University Center’s Kinni Theater beginning at 7:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
NRA-U is a training seminar for college students and community members interested in learning more about NRA, the Second Amendment, gun safety, legislative threats to gun rights and the gun control debate.
NRA-ILA staff will be on hand to give seminar attendees with the tools they’ll need to become more effective activists in the fight to protect our freedom, both on and off campus.
Staff will address the myths of gun control, covering topics such as the history of the Second Amendment and the use of guns for self-defense, and provide the NRA’s solutions to reducing gun crime and accidents.
Attendees will receive free fraternal items, such as NRA-U hats, t-shirts, and stickers.
