Internet provider confirms outage
Representatives at Baldwin Telecom confirmed a widespread problem with Internet connectivity early the morning of Sept. 6 after the “River Falls Journal” and other businesses in the Whitetail Ridge Corporate Park discovered they have no Web access.

BTI officials said the problem lies with software, not a cut cable or other hardware. They are working to correct the problem affecting business and residential customers using the BTI’s connection. More information will be posted as available.
