Town Board to meet September 11

The monthly town board meeting for the Town of Pleasant Valley will be held on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at 7:30pm at the town hall.

Agenda:

Call meeting to order, Pledge of Allegiance, Agenda approval, Two possible actions; Accept Resignation from Supervisor Robert Swenson and the Appointment of a New Supervisor, Clerk’s minutes from prior month, financial report, building permits, discussion and possible action of the 2013 Proposed Assessor Contract with Kleven Property Assessment, LLC from Eau Claire, open discussion for new and old business, chairman’s report, approve and pay monthly bills; other items to be brought before the town board (no action necessarily taken) and adjournment.
