NOTICE OF NEWLY ENACTED ORDINANCES

AT ITS AUGUST 28, 2012, MEETING, THE COMMON

COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVER FALLS ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCES:

Ordinance 2012-07 – An Ordinance Amending the Official Zoning Map of the City of River Falls – Rezone Sterling Ponds Park from Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) to Park (P). This ordinance rezones Sterling Ponds Park from traditional neighborhood development to park providing consistency with the Official Zoning Map of the City.

Ordinance 2012-08 – An Ordinance Amending the Official Zoning Map of the City of River Falls - Rezone River Falls Public School District Properties from Single Family (R1) and Industrial (I1) to School Zoning District (SZ). This ordinance rezones the River Falls School District properties from single family and industrial to school zoning district providing consistency with the Official Zoning Map of the City.

Ordinance 2012-09 – An Ordinance Amending §17.72.010A and §17.72.010B of the Municipal Code of the City of River Falls – PUD Planned Unit Development. This ordinance updates the Municipal Code regarding the minimum lot size for a Planned Unit Development.
