On the Job: Grant Humphrey performs Aug. 16
Grant Humphrey, 17, will kick off open-mic night at Yo-Joe’s Frozen Yogurt and Coffee Shoppe, 123 South Main Street, from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 16. Performing since he was six-years-old and writing music since 11, Humphrey plays the guitar, piano, and drums. His first CD, “The Follow Through,” was produced when he was 14-years-old and is available on iTunes.

Humphrey is active in the River Falls High School Chamber Choir, Costumed Carolers and St. Croix Valley Music Educator’s Association Choir, as well as being a part of the music team at Abundant Life Church.
Last spring, Humphrey received recognition as a Wisconsin State Music Association Exemplary Soloist at the Association State Festival.
Yo-Joe’s Frozen Yogurt and Coffee Shoppe will be hosting local talent on Thursday evenings from 5-7 p.m.
