Lowered flag honors sheriff, temple-tragedy victims
The Governor issued an executive order to fly flags at half-staff from sunrise to sunset Tuesday, Aug. 7, as a mark of respect honoring Deputy Sheriff Sergio Aleman of the Milwaukee Sheriff’s Office.

He’d served the department for 18 years.
The Governor issued an executive order to fly flags at half-staff until sunset Aug. 6 as a mark of respect for the victims who “tragically lost their lives due to a senseless act of violence” Aug. 5 at the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin in Oak Creek (near Milwaukee).
