WESTconsin Credit Union is pleased to announce Russ Blasius as Office Vice President of the company’s River Falls and Prescott locations.
Blasius most recently held the same role at WESTconsin’s New Richmond office, a position he’s had since 2009. He assumes duties from longtime Office Vice President, Bob Casey, who recently was promoted to Business Lending Vice President.
“I greatly look forward to working in the community that I have called home for 13 years,” notes Blasius. “I’m anxious to begin my new role and become an active member within the River Falls and Prescott communities; whether business, education or other areas.”
Prior to WESTconsin, Blasius worked at SharePoint Credit Union, located in the Twin Cities, for over eight years in the areas of lending, management and leadership. In New Richmond, he’s been very involved in community activities including the New Richmond Kiwanis and Chamber of Commerce, New Richmond School District, St. Croix River Crossing Coalition, New Richmond Relay for Life and several other local events.
Blasius resides in River Falls along with his wife, Chris, and their two children, Emily and Reed. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, hunting, sporting events and spending time with family and friends. Blasius can be reached at 715- 425-8113 ext. 7487 or rblasius@westconsincu.org
