NOTICE OF NEWLY ENACTED ORDINANCES

AT ITS JULY 10, 2012, MEETING, THE COMMON

COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVER FALLS ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCES:

Ordinance 2012-05 – to Create § 8.20.080 of the City Code of River Falls – Frequency of Fire Inspections. This ordinance establishes fire inspections for all public buildings and places of employment in the City at least once per calendar year or more often as is ordered by the Fire Department with the interval in between inspections not to exceed 15 months.

Ordinance 2012-06 – Suspending Enforcement of § 10.16.020 of the Municipal Code of the City of River Falls – Parking Meters. This ordinance suspends the enforcement of parking meters for one year, July 23, 2012-July 22, 2013, with the Police Chief retaining power to establish a temporary parking enforcement system.
