By virtue of a judgment of foreclosure made in the above-entitled action on May 9, 2012, I will sell at public auction in the Entrance of the St. Croix County Government Center, located at 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, WI 54016, on August 14, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., all of the following described premises, to wit:

Lot Two (2) of Certified Survey Map in Volume Ten (10) of Certified Survey Maps, Page 2944, as Document Number 530684, filed in St. Croix County Register of Deeds Office on June 29, 1995, being located in the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE 1/4 of SW 1/4) of Section Twenty (20), Township Twenty Eight (28) North, Range Eighteen (18) West, Town of Kinnickinnic, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.

THE PROPERTY WILL BE SOLD SUBJECT TO ALL LEGAL ENCUMBRANCES.
