PUBLIC HEARING & MEETING – The Town of Troy Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing and meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday July 19, 2012 at the Troy Town Hall to hear comments regarding the following:

1. Applicant: Susan & Ron Beran

Location: SEC 26 T28N R20W Gov’t Lot 2;

Address: 177A Glenmont Rd., River Falls, WI 54022

Request: Variance for reconstruction of a nonconforming accessory structure - fire pit area, path from house to lift & sitting area and for construction/reconstruction of path & retaining walls around house, pursuant to all applicable ordinance provisions, Lower St. Croix Riverway Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Troy.

AGENDA:

1. Call to order/Roll Call/Confirm compliance with Wisconsin Open Meeting Law;

2. Announcements and correspondence;

3. Action on minutes;

4. New Business:

a. Appoint Board of Appeals secretary;

b. Riverway review for a variance for reconstruction of a nonconforming accessory structure -fire pit area, path from house to lift & sitting area and for construction/reconstruction of path & retaining walls around house - Susan & Ron Beran, 177A Glenmont Rd.

5. Open public hearings, including receipt of Plan Commission’s recommendation;

6. Close public hearings;

7. Deliberate and decide on applications before board;

8. Adjourn;

Action may be taken on any agenda item.

A quorum of the Town of Troy's Plan Commission may be present for the purpose of gathering information. A quorum of the Town of Troy's Town Board will be present. No official action will be taken by either body.
