CITY OF RIVER FALLS, WI

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Common Council of the City of River Falls will conduct a public hearing on the following:

6:31 p.m.

1. Ordinance No. 2012-05 – Ordinance to Create §8.20.080

of the City Code – Frequency of Fire Inspections –

Second Reading and Disposition

6:32 p.m.

2. Ordinance No. 2012-06 – Ordinance Suspending

Enforcements of §10.16.020 of the Municipal Code of the City

of River Falls – Parking Meters – Second Reading and

Disposition

The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2012, at the times listed above in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 222 Lewis Street. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.

Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Office of the City Clerk and the River Falls Public Library.
