Kevin “K.T.” Tlougan has been named branch manager for the Associated Bank River Falls branch located at 704 N. Main St. Tlougan is responsible for managing the overall operations of the branch while directing activities to help maintain and develop business and consumer relationships. He previously worked as a personal banker at the branch.

Tlougan is a graduate of UW-River Falls and has lived in the community for the past 20 years. He enjoys golfing, bowling and spending time with his wife, Jessica, and children, Alex and Lauren.
