CLIFTON TOWNSHIP

HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given of application to the Clifton town Board, Pierce County, WI for a class B Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxication Liquor Retail License.

APPLICANT

Clifton Highlands, Inc., Bill Holst, agent, Clubhouse facility and golf course property, N6890 1230th, Prescott (legal description on file with the clerk).

APPLICANT

Clifton Hollow Golf Club, Inc N1/2 of SE 1/2 of Section 12 Township 27 North, Range 15 West, and part of SW 1/4-SE 1/2 of Section 12, Town Town 27 North, range 15 West, Pierce County, WI with Club building and adjoining land. Legal description on surrounding land is on file with the clerk, Don Eggeberg, agent.

Persons having objection to the granting of said licenses may file their objections with the Town Clerk on or before May 31, 2012. The hearing will be held at the Clifton Town Hall on Wednesday, June 6th at 7:30 P.M.

Immediately following the above hearing the Clifton Town Board will hold its monthly meeting, Items on the agenda are: reading of the minutes, treasurer’s report, granting of liquor, beer, and vending machine licenses, granting of bartender’s licenses, approval of building permits, discussion/action on fundraiser permit, public comment, paying of the bills and any other business that properly comes before the Clifton Town Board.
