Police report 38-year-old Steven Sommer became frustrated while changing the diapers for the three month old girls. In his anger, he twisted their legs several times.
Doctors say they counted at least 10 broken bones among the three babies. While Sommer sits in a jail cell, the children have been released from the hospital and are being kept in foster care.
