Lowered flag honors fallen soldier
An executive order from the governor calls for flags at all Wisconsin National Guard Armories, air bases and other facilities across the state to fly at half staff from sunrise to sunset on Tuesday, March 8 to honor Army Corporal Benjamin H. Neal, 21, of Ordfordville.

Neal died April 25 while serving his country in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom. He was a member of the 1st Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, N.C.
